it's raining; it's pouring

When it rains we don't complain.

Or else we complain just a little bit to ourselves because the lacrosse game was cancelled yesterday (that makes three in a row if you're counting) and soccer practice was cancelled today. The rowdies haven't had recess at school for the past two weeks, which just makes the rowdies rowdier at home. I'm running out of tricks. I promise not to curse the first 100-degree day we have in Austin--even if it happens in April--if the sun comes out this week.
