back to the beach

Following the success of "fishing for fish" on the lake a few days ago, we returned to the beach yesterday evening for a swim and picnic dinner. Everything was lovely until the wind swept in and chilled the children to the bone. The provisions kept them quiet at first, but eventually we gave in to the cries for warmth and retreated to the house for a campfire and giant roasted marshmallows.
