This is how I'm feeling tonight. A little grungy (but not in the cool 90s way) and totally zonked. Today was the first of three Saturdays where we did not have a birthday party immediately following Catcher's soccer game, but I'm spent anyway. I blame my exhaustion on the uncharacteristically humid day and those weird flies that kept buzzing around on the soccer field--or maybe it was the hauling three kids around all week thing. I can't even remember when Alex left town for his latest trip, but I do remember that he's in Hawaii. And while I know that he's working long days with 4:00am crew calls, I also know that he's in Hawaii, and that sounds a little bit nicer than sitting on the sofa in Austin, Texas right now.
