Happy St. Patrick's Day! I want to give a special shout out to all my non-Irish Irish relatives (you know who you are). Here in Texas it's hard to find green beer, but there are plenty of green margaritas with which to celebrate. Or you could celebrate by dipping your feet in the pool at the Hotel San Jose like these leprechauns...
